🌱Happy planting, everyone! 🌱

Why we recommend the following for your Soil Mix

Molasses-Black Strap

  • A non-chemical pest control solution.
  • Improves micro organisms in the ground because it’s rich in both micro and macro nutrients.
  • It boosts the structure and moisture retention of the medium (encouraging the growth of beneficial organisms).
  • Healthier & faster plant growth by boosting its sugar content which can increase the microbial activity and helps plants grow faster!
  • The best molasses for soil improvement is organic black strap because of its high amount of valuable nutrients.

Seaweed liquid (or powder)

  • Prevents soil borne disease and unlocks the soil’s own micronutrients.
  • Builds up plants' own immune system and encourages vibrant healthy growth.
  • Excellent for plants under stress.
  • Encourages worm life.
  • Increased root length and mass.
  • Improved soil structure (aeration and drainage).
  • Deeper humus layer (nutrient storehouse of your soil).
  • Stimulates root growth, enhances flowering and fruiting and increases tolerance to drought, frost, heat, pests and disease.
  • Helps to prevent transplant shock to seedlings or transplanted plants and trees.

‘Seacliff Organic Fertiliser’-includes the following

  • Mussel Powder: A powerhouse of essential nutrients rich in nitrogen and organic matter that rejuvenates depleted soil, adding a balanced set of minerals and vitamins.
  • Bio Phos: Stimulates strong root development and improves resistance to plant diseases.
  • Sulphate of Potash: An organic way to boost potassium and sulphur levels, essential for optimal plant health and enhanced disease resistance.
  • Ascophyllum Nodosum Kelp: Adds valuable natural bio stimulants and activates soil microbes, aiding in root growth and nutrient absorption.
  • Freshwater Cretaceous Humic and Fulvic Acid: Enhance the soil's nutrient retention capacity while also increasing water holding potential and nutrient cycling.
  • Chelated Essential Trace Elements: Iron, Manganese, Boron, Molybdenum, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Zinc—carefully balanced to facilitate key enzymatic processes and boost chlorophyll production.

Blood and Bone-optional

  • Provides “slow release” Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Calcium and Magnesium.
  • Improves the soil structure and increases earthworm and microbial activity.
