ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 48 hours (Monday - Friday) to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on its way!

STORE PICKUP
3/35 Newtown Street, Bromley, Christchurch 8062

Please call 027 264 2296 to arrange a pick up time as we are not always onsite. An email will
be sent when your order is ready for collection.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and select the ship option. Click the 'continue to shipping' button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of our shop. If the local
delivery option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm during Monday - Friday will be delivered with 48 hours to urban addresses. Allow 3-4 days for rural delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@yoururbanoasis.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the items delivered. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
